Lukashenko Regime Is ''Beyond The Pale'': Rice

WASHINGTON, Mar 29

Belarus President Alexander Lukoshenko, who claimed victory recently in a disputed election, runs a regime that is "beyond the pale," US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said, quoted by AFP. "The Lukashenko government is beyond the pale in comparison with any government in Europe," Rice told the Senate Foreign Appropriations Subcomittee on Foreign Operations.
