Azerbaijani, Belarusian airlines sign agreement
The national aviation companies of Azerbaijan, AZAL, and Belarus Belavia signed an agreement on the joint operation of the Minsk-Baku airlines.
According to the news service for Belavia, the joint air flights will start from 6 February. Before that moment, Belavia operated the airline independently. Belavia will operate the line within this agreement and AZAL will be its marketing partner.
All the same, the winter flights' schedule will be changeless and the frequency of flights will be raised to thrice a week in summer. The unification of the two companies creates additional conditions for passengers of both air transporters to travel via Minsk and Baku.
