Freight Giant Kuehne And Nagel Open Logistics Subsidiary In Belarus
New Minsk Office will Embed Swiss Group Further into Eastern Europe
BELARUS - Kuehne & Nagel have founded an operating centre in Minsk under their own company name having had agencies there since 1996. The new operation will offer full and less than truck load and weekly groupage services between Belarus, Europe, Russia and Kazakhstan and additionally LCL and FCL shipments via the ports of Klaipeda and Riga with comprehensive airfreight coverage via Minsk airport.
The new Managing Director of Kuehne & Nagel, Belarus said: "Belarus is an attractive region for large international companies from Europe and Asia doing business in Eastern Europe. Our integrated logistics services combined with our proven knowledge of the local market can support them in improving supply chain efficiency and reliability."
