Belarusian national airline Belavia goes daily from Minsk to Kaliningrad

The grandly named " National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus" proudly brings us the news that their national airline Belavia is increasing it's frequency on one of it's more popular routes.

As of next week the cities of Minsk and Kaliningrad in Russia will be connected by a daily flight. departure from Minsk is at 1355 arriving Kaliningrad at 1525 with the returning flight setting off from Kaliningrad at 1615 landing Minsk 1745, a flight time of 90 mins.

The flight will be operated by Antonov AN24 aircraft in an all economy configuration.

A Belavia spokesperson said that the increase in flights will offer more opportunities to passengers travelling to onward destinations via Kaliningrad and Minsk as well as those flying between the two cities.

Belavia has been flying for over 20 years and operates between Minsk and 30 destinations in Europe and Asia and has formed partnerships with airlines such as Aeroflot, Air Baltic, Azal, Aerosvit and Austrian Airlines. Their fleet consists of 14 aircraft: 7 of western manufacture and 7 Russian.
