MOSCOW, February 8 (Itar-Tass) - Russia's Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov has expressed concern over the progress in builing a union state with Belarus.
Duma has already held an expanded meeting of a council on Russian-Belarussian relations, he said. It will come up with recommendations on this issue next week.
"We must keep the possibility of creating the Union State. Nowadays, it's under threat," Gryzlov said.
