Belarus may raise duty on oil transit only within agreement - Gref
MOSCOW. Feb 6 (Interfax) - Belarus may increase the duty on oil transit only after a bilateral agreement is singed with Russia, Russian Economic Development Minister German Gref told journalists on Tuesday in Moscow.
"This is possible only through the signing of a bilateral agreement," the minister said, commenting on Belarus' plans to increase the duty for the transit of Russian oil.
