Belarusian minister advocates universal fixed fees for telecom services

Universal fixed fees for communications services are necessary to encourage self-repayment, said Belarusian minister of communications Nikolai Pantelei.

E-Belarus.org reports that the minister would like to set fixed prices for various communications services, while keeping the fees affordable. For example, fixed phone service fees for individuals would cover 58.8 per cent of prime cost, while the fee paid by judicial bodies would cover 88.9 per cent of the cost.
