MOSCOW Jan 20 (Reuters) - Moscow and Minsk on Thursday failed to resolve a standoff, which resulted into Russia's oil supply stoppage to Belarus, after a meeting of the two governments' heads.
"After the talks with Vladimir Vladimirovich (Putin), we ordered our deputy prime ministers, ministers, to ... resolve the outstanding issues of the fuel-energy complex in coming days," Belarus Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich told reporters after the meeting in Moscow.
